(WFRV) – Northeast Wisconsin authorities say an Oshkosh man is now in custody for his 4th OWI and other potential charges following a high-speed pursuit reaching over 100mph early Tuesday morning.
According to a release from the Wisconsin State Patrol Northeast Region Fond du Lac Post, a trooper with the Wisconsin State Patrol attempted to stop a vehicle at 1:39 a.m. on I-41 northbound at mile marker 143 for speeding in a construction zone.

The suspect vehicle refused to stop, leading to a short pursuit that was terminated shortly afterward. Another short pursuit was initiated and terminated after the Brown County Sheriff’s Office spotted the vehicle going at speeds over 100 miles per hour.
Later, the Outagamie County Sheriff’s Office found and stopped the suspect vehicle at County Road E and Seminary Road.
