JANESVILLE, Wis. (WTVO) — A man wanted by the Beloit Police Department was arrested in Janesville after a standoff with police on Saturday.
According to the Janesville Police Department, Jerome Rufus-Hanewold, 26, who has prior convictions for battery, weapons, and drug offenses, was wanted on a probation warrant in Beloit.
He was located in the 1100 block of Tyler Street on Saturday around 1 p.m. Janesville officers set up a perimeter around the house when Rufus-Hanewold refused to surrender, police said…
