WICHITA, Kan. (KSNW) — A man waived his preliminary hearing Monday in the case of a crash that killed three people from Wichita.
Tyler Beauclaire of Louisiana entered a not guilty plea in Butler County District Court, but that was a procedural step. His attorney said the defense has reached a plea deal with prosecutors.
