A jury has convicted Santos Rendon-Laureanos (dob 3/3/73) of Domestic Battery, Third Offense, after he beat his ex-girlfriend. Officers with the Reno Police Department were called to a home on Riesling Loop in May of 2025, after the defendant entered the victim’s home and began hitting her.
The victim, a 50-year-old woman, had dated Rendon-Laureanos in the past, but separated from him in February. She and her three sons moved in with her daughter in March to the home on Riseling. On the morning of the attack, Rendon-Laureanos went into the home and went straight to the woman’s bedroom, where he found her laying in bed. While in the bedroom, the defendant tried to take the woman’s phone from her, and hit her in the face, injuring her. He then left the home and drove away…
