FRANKLIN, Ohio (WOIO) – The Franklin Ohio Division of Police arrested two people following a vehicle pursuit involving a stolen car early Sunday.
At 1:04 a.m., officers said they located a black Dodge Charger that was suspected in multiple vehicle thefts in Warren County, and that had also previously ran from West Chester Township Police.
