PENSACOLA, Fla. (WKRG) — A man from Pensacola has been charged in connection with the assault of two elderly men in a parking garage in December.

Spencer Kurtis Wills, 33, was arrested and charged with one count of felony battery on a person over 65 years of age and one count of aggravated battery for the incident that left two men injured on Dec. 8 at the Baylen Street Parking Garage.

Wills currently does not have a bond amount set.
