CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — Michael Hunter was sworn in Monday as a Port of Corpus Christi commissioner, beginning his term on one of the boards that guides policy and development for one of the nation’s largest port complexes.
Nueces County Judge Connie Scott administered the oath of office during a ceremony at the port. Hunter replaces former commissioner David Engle, who reached his term limit.
