CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCIV) — According to a recent survey, Charleston is one of the best college towns or cities in the nation, a ranking that that College of Charleston says reflects the schools academics as well as the rich historical culture of the city.
The October release from WalletHub ranked the city 19th based on several criteria including “Social Environment”, a category where the city ranked 9th.
