GameStop closing two stores in Grand Rapids area

KENTWOOD, Mich. (WOOD) — Two GameStop locations in metro Grand Rapids are closing.

The GameStop in Woodland Mall and the GameStop at 1825 Marketplace Dr. in Gaines Township are both closing, employees who answered the phone at both locations confirmed to New 8.

The last day open for both locations will be Jan. 14, a manager at the Gaines Township location said.
