Madison City Schools posts flu guidelines; parents concerned about absence policy

MADISON, Ala. — With high levels of flu in the Tennessee Valley, Madison City Schools released guidelines for dealing with the flu and other respiratory illnesses.

The guidance covers symptoms and prevention, but not school absences, and this is causing concerns for some parents.
