BALLSTON SPA, N.Y. (NEWS10)– A former Rutland County Sheriff’s deputy who reportedly engaged in a shootout in 2022 on Broadway in Saratoga has admitted to wrongdoing. According to the Saratoga County District Attorney’s Office, Caselnova pleaded guilty to misdemeanor criminal possession of a firearm in a sensitive location.
