The Twin Cities daycare that was prominently featured in a viral YouTube video alleging rampant fraud is now closed, according to state records.
Quality Learning Center has wobbled between being operational and permanently closed.
On December 29th, after the initial video went viral, Commissioner Tikki Brown of the Department of Children, Youth, and Families, told reporters that Quality Learning Center had informed them they voluntarily closed their doors a week earlier.
