Man gets life sentence for 2018 Wasco murder over bicycle

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — A man found guilty of murder in the shooting death of a man he believed had stolen his bicycle was sentenced Tuesday to a life term in prison.

Abel Juarez, 44, was sentenced to 86 years to life for killing Eduardo Salinas Sr., 51. A jury last year found him guilty of first-degree murder and weapons charges.
