LUMPKIN COUNTY, Ga. — The Lumpkin County Sheriff’s Office is investigating after deputies found a five-year-old child unlawfully restrained in a home while responding to another incident.
Deputies discovered the child inside a home on Iberian Road while following up on reports of a runaway child on Tuesday, December 23, 2025, according to the sheriff’s office.
