(WHTM) — “Farm show weather” is code for “snow,” and the Midstate got hit hard by a famous blizzard 30 years ago today.
The North American Blizzard began on this date in 1996, as just over two feet of snow fell in Harrisburg, setting the stage for one of the biggest Midstate disasters ever caught on camera.
