City of Greensboro demands action from owners of evacuated apartment complex

GREENSBORO, N.C. (WGHP) — The owner of the Greensboro apartment building condemned and evacuated in December now has two weeks to decide what to do with the property.

The City of Greensboro sent Pfalzgraf Communities, which is based in Charlotte, a letter.
