LEXINGTON, Ky. (FOX 56) — In August 2008, Lexington police officers responded to a report of a deadly shooting, leaving one dead.
At 11:23 p.m. on Aug. 17, officers received a “disorder with a weapon” report and located the victim, Jermaine Howard, on the 100 block of Lakeshore Drive.

Howard was suffering from a gunshot wound, and he was transported to the hospital, where he was pronounced dead, according to Blue Grass Crime Stoppers.
