PRICHARD, Ala. (WKRG) — A local church congregation is rallying behind a Mobile officer wounded in the line of duty.
Mobile police identify victim in deadly shooting
The pastors of Mount Hebron Church Ministries in Prichard said Lt. Lorenzo Matthews is a huge part of their body of believers.
“Everyone just loved him,” Mount Hebron Pastor Linda Johnson said. “He was a very stable presence for us.”
