ROANOKE Va. (WFXR) – The City of Roanoke’s Economic Developing Authority (EDA) received a $2.5 million award from developer Greg Kaknes and The Foundry Realty, LLC to support development of affordable housing in the city.
The housing development will be in the former Walker Foundry site in Norwich. The award comes on behalf of the Virginia Housing Workforce Investment Program (WHIP).
