RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) — Richmonders took to the streets Wednesday night after a U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agent shot and killed an unarmed 37-year-old woman in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
On Wednesday, Jan. 7, 37-year-old mother Renee Nicole Good was shot dead by an ICE agent during a traffic stop in Minneapolis, where federal agents had recently launched an operation.
Video filmed by bystanders shows how the deadly encounter played out. An ICE agent approached a Honda Pilot stopped across the middle of a roadway and told the driver, Good, to open the door.
