LONG COUNTY, Ga. (WSAV) — The victim of a sword attack in Long County underwent several surgeries following the incident and is now partially paralyzed, according to her family.
Constance Payne, 54, has suffered life-altering injuries from a sword attack in November 2025. According to her son, Matthew Payne, she lost her left hand, suffered a serious brain injury that required a brain graft, and is now paralyzed on the left side of her body.
