Onondaga, N.Y. — A Syracuse woman wanted on a shoplifting warrant led deputies on a 20-minute vehicle chase in the town of Onondaga early Wednesday, deputies said.
Around 3:37 a.m., Julie Cathers, 54, of Syracuse, was arrested after deputies attempted to stop her vehicle for a traffic violation on Broad Road, according to Thomas Newton, a spokesperson for the Onondaga County Sheriff’s Office.
