OMAHA, Neb. (WOWT) – Police are looking for help identifying a young girl and hopefully locating her parents after the child was found in a North Omaha neighborhood Wednesday morning.
OPD estimates the girl, who calls herself “Icy,” is 3-6 years old and weighs about 50-60 pounds.
