ST. LOUIS, Mo. (First Alert 4) – The City of St. Louis has adopted its first new neighborhood plan in an area impacted by the May 16 tornado.
On Tuesday, the City of St. Louis Planning Commission announced “A Stronger Northside,” which will focus on revitalizing commercial corridors, supporting small businesses and strengthening the local economy in the The Ville, Greater Ville and Kingsway East neighborhoods.
