San Antonio police are searching for a 16-year-old girl last seen Dec. 30 just west of downtown San Antonio.
Amber Grace Collier-Dowed was last seen in the 500 block of W. Cesar Chavez. She is 5 feet 8 inches tall and 125 pounds with brown eyes and brown hair that is dyed blue and green. She was last seen wearing a black jacket, black pants and silver necklaces.
