Tulsa seeks developers to redevelop vacant lots near downtown

TULSA, Okla. – The city ofTulsa is looking for developers to redevelop three long-vacant properties near downtown.

The properties are located near Archer Street and Peoria Avenue and near 11th Street and Utica Avenue. The empty lots have been owned by the Tulsa Development Authority for nearly a decade but have remained unused.

Focus on affordable housing

City officials say they want developers to turn the properties into affordable housing as part of Tulsa’s broader goal to add 6,000 new housing units by 2028…
