ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. – Albuquerque Public Schools students at five campuses will now be required to use clear backpacks, sparking controversy and questions among families.
The clear backpack policy began at five middle schools and will start at Del Norte High School in the fall. APS Superintendent Gabriella Blakey said the schools were chosen based on survey responses from families and faculty.
