LAS VEGAS (KSNV) — Oh’Ryan Brooks, the man accused of killing 12-year-old Christofer Suarez in a hit-and-run crash, appeared in court Wednesday morning, but his hearing was postponed once more.
This delay has left Christofer’s mother, Martina Suarez, frustrated and emotional.
“It’s a joke,” Suarez said. “Three months ago, I stood at this exact same spot, and we’re three months later, and we’re nowhere.” She expressed her belief that justice will not be served, stating, “I feel like they’re allowing him so many things. And I’m gonna say what I said three months ago, I’m never gonna get justice, that’s already out the window for me, but I just want the fact to be known. He killed a child. My child is a good child.”…
