QUEENSBURY, N.Y. – An Albany man is accused of driving drunk and hitting a person riding a mobility scooter.
The Warren County Sheriff’s Office responded to a report of a pedestrian in the street just after 6 a.m. Wednesday on Bay Road in the town of Queensbury.
