It didn’t take long for Sarah Rohr to feel the effect of about 95 support staff for Springfield schools going on strike on Wednesday.
The Springfield parent normally relies on the bus system to take her two daughters Ariel Childress, 15, and Sophia Cox, 4, to school in the mornings because she has to go to work during the day, she said.
