Police believe a car was dumped into the Sacramento River near the Tower Bridge on Thursday morning.
West Sacramento police say they got a report of a vehicle possibly going into the river. Surveillance video reviewed by officers reportedly showed a vehicle driving up to the water’s edge and stopping for around 15 seconds.
