YOLO COUNTY, Calif. — A man was convicted by a California jury on Tuesday of multiple counts of murder for the deaths of his infant children over the course of a decade, according to the district attorney’s office.
Paul Allen Perez, 63, described by the Yolo County District Attorney’s Office as a transient throughout Central California, was arrested in January 2020 in connection with the slayings of his five children.
The DA’s Office said the conviction stems from murders between 1992 and 2001 in Central and Northern California.
