BATON ROUGE, La. (Louisiana First) — Baton Rouge police are investigating an early morning shooting that is believed to have stemmed from an attempted robbery.
Officers responded to 3475 N. Acadian Thruway around 4:05 a.m. Wednesday, where one person was found injured. Baton Rouge Emergency Medical Services officials confirmed that one was taken to the hospital in stable condition.
