NEW ORLEANS (WGNO)— With it being King’s Day, the New Orleans Center for Creative Arts, or NOCCA, just launched its king cake program.
This year, it features recipes from two local iconic chefs, Chef Emeril Lagasse and Chef Frank Brigtsen.
