Man arrested for multiple vehicle thefts, terroristic threatening in Kapolei area

HONOLULU (KHON) — After stealing three vehicles and making a series of threats in the Kapolei area, a man was arrested by Honolulu Police Department on Jan. 7.

The investigation began around 11:20 a.m. at the Ewa Villages Golf Course when the suspect allegedly took a golf club from a victim’s cart, made threatening gestures — then fled in the golf cart.

Police said the cart was later found abandoned in a residential area.
