POCONO TWP., MONROE COUNTY (WBRE/WYOU) — An arrest warrant was issued for a man in connection to his alleged relationship and subsequent rape of a 16-year-old girl.
Police say Stephen Fabion Jones, 31, of Allentown, had a relationship with a 16-year-old who was 15 when they met, and raped her at the Chateau Resort.
