MADISON COUNTY, N.C. (WLOS — Madison County will be receiving multiple upgrades in addition to Helene recovery.
According to a news release, in addition to Helene recovery and large-scale infrastructure projects like communication tower enhancements, water and sewer line resilience projects, the Madison County fairground and animal shelter facilities will also see some upgrades in the spring.
