MONTEVALLO, Ala. (WBRC) – A man in Shelby County is accused of hitting a woman in her face with a rock before stealing her car.
Justin Lewis Devinner, 30, is charged with robbery, theft, and assault.
According to court records, Devinner used a “large heavyset rock” and hit the woman in the face, causing “serious physical injury.”
He’s accused of stealing her 2017 Hyundai Accent following the assault…
