A third-grade student at a private Jewish day school in Paramus suffered a skull fracture when a sizable rock was thrown at a school bus during a class trip on the NJ Turnpike on Wednesday, Jan. 7, Daily Voice has learned.
The Paramus-bound bus was heading north in the right lane on the approach to Exit 70A/B (Leonia/DeGraw Avenue), when the rock came smashing through the window and struck the 8-year-old girl in the head just before 2:10 p.m., according to sources and New Jersey State Police.
As of press time, the 8-year-old Yeshivat Noam student was recovering from surgery, sources tell Daily Voice…
