CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. – The University of Virginia has selected Capstone Development Partners, a national leader in student housing partnerships with higher education institutions, and a team of design and construction partners to bring new upper class housing to Grounds.
Capstone’s project partners are Elkus Manfredi Architects and a joint-venture construction team of Birmingham, Ala-based Hoar Construction and Richmond, Va.-based Hourigan.
