PINE MOUNTAIN, Ga. (WTVM) – Mary Ruth Mullins has been sworn in as mayor of Pine Mountain, becoming the first woman to hold the office in the town’s history.
The ceremony was held last week in the Town Hall council chambers and was administered by her cousin, Judge Ron Mullins.
