GAINESVILLE, Fla. – Darryl Dwayne Latson Jr., 26, was arrested on Tuesday on a warrant for selling a handgun to a juvenile.
A Gainesville Police Department officer reported that Latson arranged to meet the juvenile and his friend at 9:30 p.m. on December 22 to sell the juvenile a firearm, and then Latson sold a Glock 30 (.45 caliber) pistol to the juvenile and his friend for $600, along with a small amount of marijuana.
