A Miami landlord was arrested after he allegedly attacked a tenant with a hammer during a parking dispute last month, authorities said.
Kimber Mathew Long, 64, was arrested Tuesday on a charge of aggravated battery with a deadly weapon causing bodily harm, Miami-Dade jail records showed.
The alleged attack happened back on Dec. 20 at a property on Southwest 108th Avenue.
According to an arrest report, Long was involved in a verbal dispute over a vehicle parked on the property and during the dispute, he grabbed a hammer and tried to destroy the tenant’s motorcycle…
