MEMPHIS, Tenn. — There are new updates in a case for a man charged with first and second-degree murder for the killing of his mother and nephew came from court Thursday.
“What I would like to do, your honor, is ask for a mental evaluation for that includes all three cases,” said Arsenio Davis’s attorney.
Arsenio Davis was set to appear before the just today, but that will be delayed until a mental evaluation is complete for the new case the prosecution team has obtained.
