The owners of an 8+ acre site in North Nashville, will look to create a new multifamily development named Augusta Park. The proposal includes 70 homes, including 9 with Accessory Dwelling Units (ADU’s). The site is located along the Clarksville Pike transit corridor, about 8 minutes from Downtown Nashville and 3 minutes from the WeGo transportation hub, and the Cumberland River Greenway. Given its proximity to West Trinity Lane, the area has seen a sustained level of development activity over the past few years. The project is located at 3854 Abernathy Road.
A request has been submitted to rezone the property from RS15 to SP zoning. Once approved, the request will permit the 70 detached multi-family units on the 8.48 acres. The request was made by Augustus Park Partnership and the property Owners.
Overall, the gated community will consist of between 64 -70 single-family homes depending on final comments from the Fire Marshal.
