Notorious California school shooter who killed 2, injured 13 could soon go free

Charles “Andy” Williams, who was 15 years old in 2001 when he opened fire inside a San Diego school, killing two students and wounding 13 other people, may soon go free.

On the morning of March 5, Williams carried a black, eight-shot revolver he’d taken from his father’s locked gun cabinet into Santana High School where he was a student and let loose gunfire in the hallway, bathroom and the campus courtyard.

The teen, now 39 years old, fired off more than 30 rounds and reloaded the gun at least three times during the violent ordeal, the Los Angeles Times reported…
