AMARILLO, Texas (KAMR/KCIT) —A Potter County man has been sentenced to approximately 19 years with four years of supervised release for a drug-related charge.
According to previous reporting done by MyHighPlains.com, Robert Horne agreed to plead guilty in August 2025 to “Possession with Intent to Distribute 50 grams or more of Methamphetamine.” Documents show that in April 2025, the Amarillo Police Department received information that Horne was distributing drugs and searched his home. Police were reported to have found meth in the home.

Horne was sentenced on Wednesday to 19 years for “Possession with Intent to Distribute 50 grams or more of Methamphetamine.” The other charge, “Conspiracy to Distribute and Possess with Intent to Distribute 50 grams or more of Methamphetamine,” was dismissed per court documents.
In the original complaint, a co-defendant was named along with Horne. Casiano Ceniza Agustin Jr. was named and also pled guilty to “Possession With Intent to Distribute 50 Grams or More of Methamphetamine” in August 2025. Agustin is expected to be sentenced on Jan. 21…
