ROCKFORD, Ill. (WTVO) — A Rockford man has been found guilty of aggravated domestic battery after beating a mother so severely that she suffered multiple cranial hematomas and permanent injury.
According to Winnebago County State’s Attorney J. Hanley, on the night of February 5, 2023, a 17-year-old girl and her 9-year-old brother went to sleep in their apartment on S. 5th Street to the sound of their father, 46-year-old Bwe Mu Nar, yelling and abusing their mother in the bedroom across the hall.
The next morning, the children discovered a decline in their mother’s cognitive abilities and saw swelling and bruising to her face and shoulders, Hanley said…
