Kimberlee Singler preliminary and bond hearing set for May

(COLORADO SPRINGS) — In a hearing held on Wednesday, Jan. 7, at the El Paso County Court, for Kimberlee Singler, the woman accused of killing two of her children in December 2023, it was announced that the preliminary and bond hearings were scheduled to take place in May.

During the hearing, the judge scheduled both the preliminary hearing and the bond hearing to take place in the same session scheduled for Monday, May 11, at 8:30 a.m., to give time for the defense to receive and review discovery.

Singler is facing the following charges:

  • Two counts of First-Degree Murder – After Deliberation and With Intent
  • Two counts of First-Degree Murder – Victim Under 12
  • Attempted First-Degree Murder – After Deliberation and With Intent
  • Attempted First-Degree Murder – Victim Under 12
  • First-Degree Assault
