McMinnville, OR – A small kitchen fire at the Yamhill County Correctional Facility on Monday afternoon prompted a quick emergency response but caused no injuries, according to the Yamhill County Sheriff’s Office.
The alarm sounded around 1:25 p.m. on January 8, 2026, after corrections staff reported smoke and flames coming from the kitchen area.
